I wished I had paid closer attention to Richard Hogan's comment. I am disappointed with the height of these lifts. I thought the high quality feet on my Dell Ultra portable (D420) were too short. So when my highly buyer acclaimed cooling pad did nothing, I laid out $11 for these "lifts". They may be a hair higher than my Dell feet. They certainly do not decrease my temp any. They do increase grip but I was not looking to pay $11 to solve a problem I've never had with any of my laptops.

I wish more buyers would measure & put a product through some verifiable hoops before they declare it a great buy. I measured my PCs temperature. Its still a do-nothing-about-it average of about 61C.

Solution One -I used a 1.6" by 2.5" piece of wood I cut & wrapped denim cloth and placed it under the back & placed that on an inexpensive lightweight Ikea plastic cutting board ($3.50) on my lap and ran a decade old 6" clip-on fan across the bottom,I got average temp down to 42C.

Solution Two -Thanks to a highly buyer acclaimed $39 cooling pad & $11 laptop lifts I'm out $50 & I have the average temp of 60C. I got the useless pad from Target, so I can get my money back. I'm still out $11.

I purchased this camera on a woot sale since I've been happy with Samsung products before and I was looking for a good digital camera. I have to say that I am pleasantly surprised with the quality of the pictures and videos that I take with this camera. The camera is fairly easy to use although at times the menus feel like they could use some cleaning up. My only major complaint with this camera is that it does not use a standard USB connector for charging or for data transfers so it is important that you do not lose the cable that comes with the camera. The camera isn't powered by standard batteries but the battery pack is replaceable so you can always carry a spare with you. If you are looking for a good quality camera that you can just pick up and shoot without having to worry about light settings, etc, then this is probably the camera for you.

I was pleasantly surprised at the high quality of these pictures. It worked well right out of the box, but I did tweak some settings after testing it. Took some great shots of Horsetooth mountain with it. Good quality capturing on zoom as well.

I have this camera. Samsung replaced a lemon camera we owned with this. It is taking blurry pictures. The blur is not operator induced as my other camera takes clear pictures. Samsung's customer service is awful. I would strongly suggest not purchasing Samsung brand camera based solely on the fact that if you end up with a problem Samsung will not stand behind you or their product. We had to send our 1st camera back 3 times before they even considered replacing it. (waited over a month after the third trip back for service, to find out what the status was of our service call was) They have a 6 minute time limit to deal with your problem, if your problem is not solved within the alloted 6 minutes you can just forget about getting your issue resolved. If you doubt this just google Samsung reviews and read them for yourself. Be advised that if you have a problem, which, imho, will probably happen, you will be spending months upon months trying to get your problem resolved. Even if the camera was free I would not accept a Samsung camera. If you have purchased this I wish you a problem free, carefree experience! If you are thinking about a Samsung, consider Cannon, Nikkon, or Sony first, you will thank yourself in the end.

Likes: Compact design; grippy, sturdy handfeel; one piece front and back.
Dislikes: Adhesive closure is floppy. Why not take advantage of the design and have a magnetic closure? The lip edge above the speaker cutout is a little loose/uneven on my case and keeps slipping off on that side (the one with the reset button, power plug, and speaker)--it's annoying, but not a dealbreaker. I'm not sure if I got a slightly goofy case or if it's a design flaw.

My young daughter has dropped her iPad a couple of times with this cover and it is still working. It's not as sturdy as the otterbox, the case I first considered. I would be willing to sacrifice some of the slimness of this case to have a little more protection, but the otterbox is still too clunky.

had been looking for a cover for iPad 2 which i bought for my grandson; after evaluating Apple's Smart Cover, didn't think it would be functional for such a young person {he's 7}. Had already purchased an Ironman Gelaskin to protect the device, but after seeing the ends were still prone to peeling off - much more needed protection was sought after. my daughter turned me onto Speck Pixel skin, watched a YouTube video on installation - that came in handy when ours arrived today. this cover was very "tight" fitting, don't think it will be slipping off and after showing him how to fold back to use as a stand, he exclaimed "Cool"!!! also, agreed w/other reviewer regarding the color. i, too, purchased the Cobalt Blue so that when he and his mother were out and about, the color would stand out from the typical black - if left behind or mistakenly picked up. Thank you SPECK! and Amazon for the savings - VERY NICE product, just wished the magnetic strip could have worked like the Apple's Smart Cover, but pretty sure that was a patent issue. product link:

I bought this iPad case because I really like the Pixel Skin HD for the iPhone. Unfortunately, Speck really dropped the ball on this one. The fit of this cover over the back of the iPad is good. Where it fails, however, is on the front flap. The "micro-suction" is actually a sticky strip. I was willing to overlook the fact that it didn't have a magnet closing function, but after using the cover for only a week, the "micro-suction" no longer keeps the cover closed. I am extremely disappointed with a $50 case that can't stay closed.

I am new to gels and balancing existing light with flash. So far I am satisfied with my purchase. I knew I wanted to experiment with gels and so I went with Honl. The corresponding velcro strap works pretty well with my Canon 580ex2 and 550ex -- just maybe a tad too long and hangs over the corner a little bit (see Amazon product picture). The gels hang over the edges of the flash heads too. While I would want them cut to size, I can understand why they might be a little over sized (to color any light that spills). The packages comes with two of each type of gel. I didn't realize this when I ordered, so was pleasantly surprised I had one for each of my flashes.

It would have been nice if the gels came with a carrying case of some sort. Right now I store mine in the original bag, but I'll probably create my own mini folder using some velcro I have to keep them organized, and to read the labels more easily. Another reviewer sounded disappointed that the velcro was glued onto the gels. So far mine have held up but I can see why that reviewer might be concerned. In the end you could buy gels, cut them, and tape them, but I thought a system like this would appear more professional to a client -- maybe when I'm a veteran, I'll be able to pull off the cut gels and gaffer tape look :)

I brought this product for my wife for a X-Mas present after her car was broken into. At 1st when she opened it she was in love great look comes with a remote. But once we had it installed we found out rather quickly we were wrong. Like i said it looks great but once we hooked it up it would not play any sound. CD was running and radio stations would show but no sound would ever play. Don't waste your time on something that doesn't work. We got charged to have it installed then charged to have it uninstalled and now we gotta send it back. I sent just as much try to get this thing to work as i did on the item its self. Bad Bad deal.

I have experienced two of these DigicPower battery packs. I work at a camera shop and the first one I ever had my hands on... I was prying off a brand new Nikon D80. The unit itself had stopped working and was unable to power the camera after about 2 hours. The big wheel that turns the tripod thread mount to remove it from the camera came off the tracks. We had to dismantle the entire unit (Which once apart it's apparently not meant to go back together ;-) and still couldn't access the mechanism through the bottom. Last resort was breaking into the housing of the unit with a small screw-driver and using it to turn the gears 1/4 turn at a time to eventually get the thing off the camera. Whew!

The camera itself was only a little scratched up on the bottom, but we replaced it anyway. The power pack itself was completely destroyed.

This scared the heck outta me. I had the opportunity to purchase one for myself at a very discounted price, brand new. It's for the Rebel XT/XTi. After thorough testing to ensure it would be a solid unit I bought it. So far, it's survived a few photo shoots with me but I'm not entirely sold on the longevity of the battery life. Doesn't seem to last any long than the Canon Brand battery pack.

When I get a few more pennies to spare I will without a doubt be replacing this unit with a Canon brand battery grip. It's built better (in my opinion,) I like the finishing and the grip better - plus it has the shutter release, AE lock button, shutter wheel, etc.

All in all, not bad if you're willing to take a risk. But if you have the extra few bucks to spend, go with the camera made pack. You won't regret it!

I love this on my digital Rebel TX because I don't have to remove batteries to charge them. I just plug in the cord while it is mounted on the camera. Price was great too.

This is a lovely scent and my favorite perfume since the moment I started wearing it. I don't like heavy or artificial-smelling scents, or anything too sweet or too floral. This one is perfect - it's sweet, but has a fruity and light top note - very faint, not as citrus-y as I'd expected. I have the rollerball version rather than the spray, which is great - will definitely buy the rollerball packaging again.

I'm not sure I would buy another product with the Xcite name on it. I bought 2 of these. One for each car. I figured at the price I don't have much to loose. Well the first one wouldn't charge the headset making it junk. I'm a bit of a techy and was never able to figure out how to make the car unit work and the volume on the headset of the second one was far from loud enough. The positive side is that when I tried to return the defective unit, I was told by the shipper that it's not worth the shipping to return defective units and to throw it away. They then credited my account for full purchase price. I would not recommend this product. However, the shipper was fantastic.

I was excited to get this item, as I used to travel 400 miles every other weekend. I drive a MT car, and would have loved to be able to use this during my long commute, but when it arrived, it would not charge. :-( I contacted the seller for an exchange, and they wanted me to pay to return the defective item. After kindly pointing out that I had already paid for the item as listed, and to have it shipped, and that it would make no sense to have me pay to return the item to them, I received no further communication from the seller, but did receive an email from Amazon informing me that I had received a full refund for my item, so in the end, I never received a working unit, but I received a full refund for the defective item.

i think they should stop selling this product here. i recevied this item and plugged it in to my 12v car charger. and nothing happened. it doesnt work. poor quality. i didnt even returned it b/c its waste of my time going to post office. i just trashed in garbage.. Dont buy it!!!
